your shopping cart and if you wish to purchase

from us before, please enter your email and
password and login. Print a copy of the orders
list for your record. Click the "buy" button. You
will then be required to enter your credit card
information. After you fill in your payment
information click "submit transaction". If you
have never purchased before, click the "register

education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse
individual courses or instructors, nor does it
imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of
dentistry. Concerns or complaints about a CE
provider may be directed to the provider or to the
Commission for Continuing Education Provider
Recognition at ADA.org/CERP.

Students should contact their State Dental Board
in the state in which you are licensed to verify
specific requirements for relicensure. Some states
have restrictions on the number of CE credits that
may be earned through self-instructional home study.
What if I am disconnected during the ordering process?
If you are in the middle of taking a test and you get disconnected you will need to log back in and
click on “begin test” to continue. You will need to re-enter your answers.
If you were in the middle of ordering a test and you entered your credit card details, log back in
and go to "My Courses" to see if the order was processed. If you do not see your current order
click on "Courses" to re-order.
Is there a time limit for completing these courses?
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the course?

What is the passing grade for an exam?
You must pass the test with a score of 75% or better. If you do not receive a passing grade

When will I receive my certificate of completion?
After successful compeltion of the course you may view and print out a copy of the certificate. Go
to "My Courses" and click on "view certificate" for the corresponding course.
